Phase 3: Analysis & Strategy: Our team analyzes the data and presents a comprehensive report with key findings, clear visualizations, and actionable insights.

Phase 4: Development & Implementation: Based on the findings, we deliver a customized leadership development program.

This includes:

○ Interactive Workshops: Two initial one-hour training sessions with the leadership team focused on the 10 C's framework and key improvement areas.

○ App Integration: Introduction and onboarding to the BuildUP! Leader App to support ongoing development.

Phase 5: Follow-Up & Sustained Growth: Our structured follow-up ensures accountability and measures progress:

○ 30-Day Check-in: A 20-minute conversation to discuss progress and address challenges.

○ 60-Day Check-in: A second conversation to review progress, provide further coaching, and maintain momentum.

○ 90-Day Re-Assessment: We re-administer the survey to objectively measure progress, celebrate wins, and identify areas for continued focus, demonstrating a clear return on investment.
